At Shell Energy, we always aim to deliver an excellent customer experience and we’re disappointed when we don’t get it quite right. 

Raising a complaint

Let us know what the problem is. We'll make every effort to get your complaint sorted there and then, but sometimes it can take a little longer. We believe the easiest and fasted way to resolve your complaint is via the phone. 

We’ll carry out a full investigation into your complaint and do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction. You’ll be contacted shortly by a member of our team, who will keep you updated.
